Whether your vehicle has suffered extensive accident damage, years of neglect, or you want to restore a classic car to concours condition, our full body restoration service covers every aspect of exterior and structural renewal. This service is typically required after major accidents where multiple panels, structural components, and paintwork need complete replacement or refurbishment.

Our full body restoration process begins with complete disassembly of the vehicle's exterior components, including all body panels, lights, trim, glass, and seals. The bare body is then inspected for any structural damage, corrosion, or previous poor-quality repairs. Structural components are straightened or replaced as needed on our chassis alignment bench. Every panel is either repaired to factory specification or replaced with genuine OEM parts. The entire body is then prepared through multiple stages of sanding, priming, and blocking to create a perfectly smooth foundation for paint.

The paint process involves applying primer surfacer, base coat, and clear coat in our climate-controlled spray booth. Each panel is colour-matched and blended for a uniform finish across the entire vehicle. After painting, the vehicle is reassembled with new seals, fasteners, and trim. We perform a comprehensive quality inspection covering paint quality, panel gaps, trim alignment, and weather sealing before the vehicle is returned. Full body restoration is a significant undertaking that typically takes 4 to 8 weeks, and we provide regular progress updates throughout the process.
