By accessing and using Luxury Auto Care (“Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Website or our services.

our continued use of this Website, submission of inquiries, booking of services, purchase of products, or communication with Luxury Auto Care constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICES

Luxury Auto Care Dubai provides automotive-related services including but not limited to:

  • Paint protection film (PPF)
  • Ceramic coating
  • Body paint work
  • Spare parts supply and replacement
  • Carbon fibre services
  • Vehicle recovery and related automotive

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

ESTIMATES & QUOTATIONS

All estimates and quotations provided by Luxury Auto Care are based on the initial inspection, diagnostics, or information provided by the customer at the time of assessment.

  • Prices quoted are estimates only and may be subject to change upon further inspection, dismantling, or discovery of additional faults, hidden damages, or required parts and labour not visible during the initial evaluation.
  • Quotations are valid for a limited period specified on the estimate or quotation document unless otherwise stated. Parts availability, supplier pricing, and market conditions may affect final pricing.
  • For imported/rare parts Luxury Auto Care is not responsible for customs delays, discontinued parts, exchange rate fluctuations, or overseas supplier issues.
  • Any additional repairs, parts replacements, or labour exceeding the original quotation will require customer approval before work proceeds, whenever reasonably possible.
  • WhatsApp, Email, SMS, signed form, or recorded approval counts as valid approval.
  • Luxury Auto Care can road-test the vehicle before/after repairs for diagnostic, quality checks, and safety.
  • Diagnostic results are based on faults detectable at the time of inspection. Luxury Auto Care does not guarantee that all underlying or intermittent issues will be identified during initial diagnostics.

Luxury Auto Care reserves the right to revise quotations due to:

  • Additional diagnostic findings
  • Changes in parts pricing or availability
  • Additional labour requirements
  • Customer-requested modifications or extra services

Estimated completion times are approximate only and may vary due to parts availability, supplier delays, technical complications, or unforeseen circumstances.

Diagnostic charges, inspection fees, recovery charges, storage fees, and dismantling charges may apply even if repairs are declined after inspection.

All quotations are provided without obligation and do not constitute a fixed-price contract unless expressly confirmed in writing by Luxury Auto Care.

HIDDEN DAMAGES & TEAR-DOWN DISCLAIMER

  • Visual Estimate: The initial estimate provided is a visual assessment only.
  • Hidden Damage: Comprehensive mechanical or structural defects may only become apparent once the vehicle components are dismantled or extensive diagnostics are performed.
  • Stop-Work Policy: If hidden damage is discovered that affects safety or the viability of the original repair, Luxury Auto Care will halt work and provide a revised quotation. Work will not resume until the customer provides explicit approval.
  • Declined Repairs: If the customer declines the revised quotation after dismantling has occurred, reassembly to the original state may not be possible due.

SUBCONTRACTORS

Luxury Auto Care reserves the right to use authorized third-party subcontractors or specialists for certain repairs or services when required.

APPOINTMENT & BOOKING POLICY

 At Luxury Auto Care, all appointments are scheduled based on workshop availability and are subject to confirmation.

  • Booking an appointment through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel does not guarantee immediate service unless confirmed by our service advisor.
  • Customers are advised to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Delays may result in rescheduling based on workshop capacity and operational priorities.
  • Luxury Auto Care reserves the right to reschedule or modify appointments due to workload, parts availability, staff allocation, or unforeseen operational circumstances. In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice may result in delays in future bookings or require rebooking based on availability.
  • Vehicles must be delivered in a condition suitable for inspection or service. Any missing information, delays in vehicle drop-off, or unapproved late arrivals may affect the scheduled timeline.
  • Luxury Auto Care may require a booking confirmation deposit for certain services or high-value repairs. This deposit may be adjusted against the final invoice or subject to cancellation terms where applicable.
  • By confirming a booking, the customer agrees that all provided vehicle details are accurate and authorizes Luxury Auto Care to perform the agreed diagnostic or service work upon vehicle handover.

PAYMENT POLICY

At Luxury Auto Care, all payments must be made in accordance with the agreed estimate, quotation, or final invoice issued for the services performed.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to commencement of work.
  • Luxury Auto Care reserves the right to request partial or full advance payment for parts, special orders, or high value repairs.
  • We accept payments via approved methods including cash, card, payment link, and other payment channels made available at the workshop or through official communication.
  • Vehicles will not be released until full payment of all outstanding invoices, charges, and applicable fees has been completed.
  • Additional charges may apply and will be included in the final invoice if extra work, parts, or labour is required beyond the original quotation and approved by the customer.
  • Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in storage charges, legal recovery action, or retention of the vehicle until settlement is completed.
  • All invoices issued by Luxury Auto Care are final unless disputed in writing within a reasonable period after issuance. Any disputes will be reviewed based on workshop records, inspection reports, and service documentation.
  • Deposits for parts, custom work, PPF, Paint, Special orders are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work starts.
  • Any disputes regarding invoices or services must be reported in writing within 7 days of vehicle collection or invoice date. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
  • Luxury Auto Care has the legal right to retain possession of the vehicle until all invoices, storage fees, and related charges are fully paid.
  • Fraudulent payment disputes/chargebacks after completing work may result in legal recovery action.
  • Replaced parts may be disposed of unless the customer specifically requests return of old parts before repair completion.

WARRANTY POLICY

At Luxury Auto Care, we stand by the quality of our workmanship and the genuine parts used in our services, subject to the terms outlined below:

  • Warranty claims for genuine parts must be handled in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
  • Luxury Auto Care will assist customers in processing warranty claims where applicable, but final approval rests with the manufacturer or supplier.
  • All labour carried out by Luxury Auto Care is covered by a limited warranty of 30 to 90 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or work order.
  • Luxury Auto Care does not guarantee specific vehicle performance, fuel economy, horsepower, drivability, or long-term reliability outcomes following repairs, tuning, modifications, or maintenance services.
  • Warranty applies only to the specific repair or service performed and does not extend to unrelated components or systems.
  • For PPF/Wrap/Tint Protection minor dust, edges, joins, stretch marks, lift, orange peel, colour variation, or pre-existing paint damage may occur and are not always defects.
  • Paint matching is done to the best possible standard but exact match cannot be guaranteed due to age, sun fade, previous repairs, or panel history.

Warranty will be void in the following cases:

  • Misuse, negligence, or improper vehicle operation.
  • Accidents, collisions, or external damage.
  • Overheating, electrical faults, or contamination.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules.
  • Consequential or indirect damages.
  • Customer must follow aftercare for PPF/Wrap Vehicles or else warranty becomes void.
  • All used, refurbished, or customer-supplied parts are sold and installed “as-is”.
  • And no warranty on labour if the customer supplied parts fails or causes damage.
  • No warranty is provided on used parts under any circumstances.

Warranty Claims:

  • Warranty claims must be supported with the original invoice and vehicle inspection.
  • The vehicle must be returned to Luxury Auto Care for inspection before any warranty approval.
  • The workshop reserves the right to repair, replace, or reject claims after technical evaluation.
  • For PPF/Wrap/Tint Protection minor dust, edges, joins, stretch marks, lift, orange peel, colour variation, or pre-existing paint damage may occur and are not always defects.
  • Warranty is strictly limited to the repair or part supplied and does not cover towing, recovery, downtime, or any indirect losses.
  • Luxury Auto Care reserves the right to determine the validity of all warranty claims based on workshop assessment.

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this Warranty Policy in full.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
 

At Luxury Auto Care, customers agree to the following responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and complete vehicle information and service history.
  • Ensure they are the legal owner or authorized to approve all work.
  • Approve all repairs and additional work before it is carried out.
  • Customers must disclose prior accident history, flood damage, salvage status, insurance write off history, or previous major repairs where known.
  • Respond promptly to quotations, updates, and service approvals.
  • Make full payment of all invoices before vehicle release.
  • Collect the vehicle on time; storage charges will be 150 AED per day after 72 hours of notification.
  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before service.
  • If someone else collects the car on behalf of the owner, customer accepts the risk once released to that authorized person.
  • Luxury Auto Care is not liable for cash, watches, sunglasses, valuables, or items left inside the vehicle.
  • Accept responsibility for any pre-existing issues or undisclosed faults.

By using our services, customers confirm acceptance of these responsibilities and related workshop policies.


LIMITATION LIABILITY
 

At Luxury Auto Care, our liability is limited as follows:

  • Customers entering workshop areas do so at their own risk and must follow staff instructions and safety rules.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses such as loss of use, income, or time.
  • Our total liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service or repair provided.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing issues, customer misuse, accidents, third-party work, or normal wear and tear.
  • For high-performance/modified cars, Luxury Auto Care is not liable for failures caused by tuning, aftermarket parts, track use, racing, launch control, abuse, or previous modifications.
  • Modern supercars can develop unrelated warning lights/software faults during diagnostics, battery disconnection, coding, programming, or module resets and we are not liable for manufacturer/software related glitches outside our control.
  • Battery voltage/programming most important for Ferrari/Lamborghini/McLaren, low voltage batteries can trigger faults, module resets, window calibration loss, suspension errors, etc.
  • Exotic/High performance vehicles inherently carry higher mechanical and electrical risk due to complexity and age or use conditions.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage for wheels, tyres, undertrays, carbon fibre, paint chips, cracked PPF, and fragile trims.
  • We are not responsible for damage, alignment issues, clearance problems, suspension faults, or lifting/loading risks associated with vehicles equipped with lowered suspension, aftermarket modifications, or air suspension systems.
  • We are not responsible for damage, delays, mechanical failure, suspension issues, battery discharge, or pre-existing conditions occurring during vehicle recovery, towing, loading, unloading, or transport carried out by third-party providers or recovery operators.
  • Custom fabrication may include minor variations in fit, finish, or alignment within acceptable industry tolerance. Such variations are considered normal and not defects.
  • Luxury Auto Care is not liable for any manufacturer delays for special order parts, backorders, custom delays, supplier delays.

By using our services, the customer agrees that all repairs and services are performed at their own risk within these limits.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

At Luxury Auto Care, all content on this website including logos, branding, text, images, service descriptions, designs, and materials is the exclusive property of Luxury Auto Care unless otherwise stated.

  • No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Luxury Auto Care.

VEHICLE STORAGE & ABANDONED VEHICLES

At Luxury Auto Care, vehicles left at our premises after service completion or notification of readiness may be subject to storage charges.

Storage fees apply if the vehicle is not collected within the agreed timeframe, as per our workshop policy.

Luxury Auto Care reserves the right to:

  • Apply daily storage charges.
  • Contact the customer using provided details.
  • Take necessary legal steps for recovery of outstanding amounts.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting their vehicle promptly and settling all outstanding invoices and charges before release.
  • Repeated notices for Abandoned vehicles and Non-payment, Luxury Auto Care may take legal action, recover storage cost, seek permission to sell/dispose under UAE Law.

FORCE MAJEURE

  • At Luxury Auto Care, we shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, power failures, supplier delays, labour shortages, government actions, transportation disruptions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such situations, service timelines and obligations may be delayed or suspended until normal operations can resume.
  • The premises are monitored by CCTV’s and Dashcams and maybe disconnected during service, repair, privacy or electrical work.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of Luxury Auto Care or our services shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
