Bushing Replacement

Suspension bushings are rubber or polyurethane components that cushion the connection points between suspension arms and the vehicle's chassis. They absorb vibration, allow controlled movement, and maintain suspension geometry. Over time, bushings deteriorate from heat, age, and mechanical stress, developing cracks, hardening, or collapsing. In Dubai's extreme heat, rubber bushings degrade faster than in cooler climates. At Luxury Auto Care Dubai, we inspect and replace worn suspension bushings to restore your vehicle's ride quality and handling precision.

Common symptoms of worn bushings include clunking or squeaking noises when driving over bumps, vague or imprecise steering, wandering at highway speeds, and uneven inner or outer tyre wear. We inspect all suspension bushings during our vehicle health check, looking for cracks, deformation, oil contamination, and excessive play. On some luxury vehicles, bushings are pressed into the control arm and can be replaced individually without replacing the entire arm. On others, the bushing is integral to the arm and requires arm replacement.

We offer both OEM rubber bushings for a factory-original ride quality and polyurethane bushings for improved precision and longer service life. Polyurethane bushings are particularly popular on performance-driven vehicles as they reduce suspension deflection under load, improving steering response and maintaining alignment settings more consistently. After bushing replacement, we perform a four-wheel alignment to ensure the suspension geometry is correctly set. Worn bushings are a common cause of alignment instability, and new bushings will hold their settings much more reliably.
